Imo what they need to do is Madden 21 coins just release a couple of titles per console (7 years) because their new games are what would qualify as free quality of lifestyle upgrades to pretty much any other genre.
I don't play FIFA however Madden could make the franchise mode deeper with there be more to scouting/the draft or participant development/regression. They can improve the AI's broken commerce logic. There is loads of space for improvement that has nothing to do with the game mechanics (which also kind of suck tbh).
People don't get upset at the mechanisms of the matches, it is the lack of depth to the sport itself. Madden tweaks how the sport is played with a little bit every year, but what folks complain about is the fact that the series 10 years ago had more features for this
That's how I really feel about Maxis. They did not do using SimCity for decades, then they publish a game that was unplayable at launching.
I was doing that for a little while then I cant recall what Madden I bought that was awful so I stopped. Eventually I felt like a cheap Mut 21 coins match and last year I purchased Madden at a"possibly its gotten better" sort mood. Yeah I am not purchasing another ever again until they get competition or a complete overhaul. I was amazed at how awful it was.
