Did my initial run of the boss I wanted to learn way undergeared

.

RuneScape is a MMO with some folks spending their time doing nothing but skilling, and seeking to compete for placements on the highscores. Some people spend all their time bossing, honing their skills and getting better at RuneScape itself while still upgrading their weapons, armor, and unlocks (like a new skill (rs3) or a brand new prayer(osrs/rs3). While even still, others just spend their time earning as much cash as possible through the expansive exchange, RuneScape's auction house equivalent. In OSRS a few players spend all their time fighting each other, and will assemble new accounts with the sole purpose of osrs gold paypal being used to battle "PK".

RuneScape is exceptional in some period where games are basically"complete the story then perform dungeons and raids". It requires thousands of hours 'complete'RuneScape. These hours are not spent actively playing all of the time. While I discuss spending hours doing fletching in a day, I really mean spending hours clicking a few times per minute while watching netflix or talking to your friends. I play with other games while I am doing the things on RuneScape. And perhaps the most important thing of all... Your progress made in RuneScape is advancement made for lifetime. If you receive a 99 at a skill, that 99 is never departing your account.

This progress is not going to be for nothing. Every pursuit is a pursuit you will never have to do again. It's still helpful if you take a two year break, when you return. No expansion has raised the level cap. Even if the level cap is raised(as some are in rs3) you still have that 99. Gear upgrades in RuneScape are not overshadowed. The thing about WoW to me is that I'm back where I began. I may aswell have not played the expansion for all the progress it got me. RuneScape is not like that. What I do today, will matter in five decades, or a calendar year.

I decided to get membership (again) after being burnt out a few times with the goal of getting beyond the ancient grind and to the bossing (or especially Barrows, which is a minigame), which seemed like fun for me. Trained a great deal of skills to match all pursuit prerequisites. A lot of it is afk-able, but nevertheless fun to advancement; Completed about a dozen or so quests because of progression (like equipment unlocks). Some are extremely memorable and coming into those areas for other reasons recalls those memories (Underground Pass anybody?).

Did my initial run of the boss I wanted to learn way undergeared. It wasn't efficient in time or cost, but a whole lot of fun to be able to get it done and it felt at the end like an accomplishment. Upgraded my equipment over time and learned more about RuneScape. Did about 100 boss runs within the course of a few weeks, gradually improving over time and using the loot I must enhance my equipment. Each improvement, however minor, was noteworthy because you construct a framework of reference. It is about setting a goal and working towards it, even though what that aim is that should decide for yourself. My journey had roughly 100 steps in it, each getting me somewhat closer to my target and I achieved it. The next time I feel the impulse to play with I know that I wish to get to buy RS gold and understand Zulrah, although I allow the membership perish, when I'd scratched my itch. And I can do Barrows to take a rest.
