I've thought up a few strategies that the Madden team could further build upon the existing foundations to give players an authentic experience of the franchise.

Assistants are expected to assist players in their growth and development, as well as in specific situations like red zone and three-down plays.

Although coordinators have an impact in those areas in real life however their main job is play-calling. This will not be represented in the game this year.

The screenshot shows that Matt Nagy has an offensive and defensive playbook. If the Bears had to change their defensive coordinator, it will likely not affect the defensive plan. If the plan of a team were to change due to staff firings/hirings this would add diversity to the user experience and keep the style fresh.

It's nearly impossible to portray the game-planning elements of football in a realistic fashion. This is why it's difficult to blame Madden developers for deciding to create an in-game system that has attribute boosters based on certain types of play.
